Temporary Ball Stop Fences up to 12 metres
Foresport Fencing can provide several solutions where permanent perimeter / ball stop fences may
not be suitable, helping to alleviate the need for planning permission.
Options include:
Socketed posts

A ground sleeve is concreted into the earth, the main posts are then able to slide down into the sleeve. This will hold the posts upright but allow the posts to be removed if/when needed. Ease of removal of the posts is dependent on the height of the fence. For larger fences this is a semi permanent option where removal of the fence might only be required infrequently (lifting equipment would be needed).
Hinged posts

Concrete foundations are set into the ground from which a hinge and winch system is attached to raise and lower the posts.
Retractable netting

Netting can be installed on posts with eyelets and nets with lanyards (ropes), or a curtain system to allow the nets to be raised and lowered or pulled back and forth helping to minimize visual impact. This can be used in conjunction with socketed or permanent posts.
Free standing fence

Ideal for show events, temporary driving ranges or short term project protection. Foresport Fencing can provide posts set into free standing bases with guy lines to add stability, or alternatively using ground anchors to provide a quick installation for semi permanent needs. A perfect way to meet health and safety regulations.
A great way to maximize your revenue at show days when used to incorporate safe areas for activities such as closest to the hole competitions, driving and short game practice areas. This will minimize the long term impact to the surrounding area. Show stopping ideas made possible with Foresport Fencing.
